Welcome to the award winning Worthys Community website, an exciting and dynamic joint venture partnership between the Parish Councils of Headbourne Worthy and Kings Worthy.
Since going live in September 2008, the website has won the HALC Best Local Council Website Award 2009 and then in 2010, the 7th Hantsweb Award for Best Public Service Website. This is an immense achievement which we are all justly proud.
It is the first of its type in Hampshire and it's aim is to bring together and share information with the whole community in the villages of Kings Worthy, Abbots Worthy and Headbourne Worthy.
It provides details not only on what each Parish Council is doing in each village, but also local news as well as useful information on the services and the tremendous amount of activities and facilities available within the area.
Our community is an interesting and really pleasant place to live and relax with an excellent range of diverse facilities on hand for all age groups.
