 This service is managed and provided by Winchester Area Community Action (WACA) with funding from HCC and WCC.
Although there is a small charge, it is a bookable, door to door service for anyone who has a mobility or sensory impairment allowing them to access shops, facilities and local activities.
You do not have to be registered disabled or a wheelchair user.
Dial a Ride minibuses are specially adapted and equipped with a lift or ramp to assist wheelchair and walking frame users.
