Connexions provide a national service to all young people aged between 13 and 19 (or up to 25 for those with special needs) wanting information and advice on getting to where they want to be in life.
Hampshire County Council is responsible for delivering the Connexions Service. Connexions employ Personal Advisors who are able to provide confidential information, support, help and guidance on a whole range of topics for young people.
