This is a new free and confidential service initiative by HCC Wellbeing Team and Carers Together.
It provides for older people living in Hampshire, who would sometimes like the opportunity, to speak to a friendly voice at the end of a phone.
This service also provides the opportunity to regularly chat with a group of older people with similar interests, to share ideas and information and even make new friends without leaving your home.
