Worthys Conservation Volunteers Next Project - 20 March 2011

First Spring Work Task will be on Sunday 20 March 2011, 1.30pm 


Why not come along and enjoy the fresh air, meet new people, and help improve our local environment in the Worthy’s.


This month the Conservation Volunteers will be making further nature improvements at Worthy Down Halt, clearing scrub on either side of the platform to encourage wildflowers. 

 

All welcome - don't forget to bring own refreshments and wear suitable clothing and tough footwear. Tools, gloves and hard-hats will be supplied Park near the vets, Hook Pit Farm Lane, SU 480 350.


Please arrive promptly for task briefing and safety talk, and adhere to safety practices at all times. 

 

All are welcome, however if this is your first time, please contact them at

 

enquiries@worthysconservationvolunteers.org.uk  to confirm details and procedures. 

 

Parents or guardians are asked to take charge of their children - if a child 16 or under wishes to attend on their own you must contact The Worthy Conservation Volunteers as above forehand.  Dogs are allowed!
