Hampshire County Council is reminding any one with a child aged 18-30 months to collect their free Bookstart+ pack of books from their local library.
The bag of books contains two books, colouring materials, a number frieze and some guidance information for parents and carers.
One of the information books also contains a £1.00 book token so families can purchase more books to share.
In Hampshire it is estimated that around 3000 (two in every ten) children haven't collected their Bookstart+ pack, so there are still lots to give away.
