Conservation Volunteers Commence Autumn Projects

The Worthy Conservation Volunteers commence their Autumn 2009 Programme of Projects on Sunday 20 September at 2pm.

 

This first task they will be returning to the disused DNSR railway line clearing scrub.

 

All are welcome however Volunteers are asked to wear tough footwear and suitable clothing and to bring own refreshments; tools, gloves and hard-hats will be supplied. 

 

Please arrive promptly for task briefing and safety talk, and adhere to safety practices at all times. 


If this is your first time, please contact them  to confirm details and procedures.  

 

Parents or guardians are asked to take charge of their children - if a child 16 or under wishes to attend on their own you must contact them beforehand. 

 

Dogs are allowed!
