 Cala Homes have revised their draft master plan for this major
proposed development of 2000 homes north of Winchester bounded by Andover Road and Wellhouse Lane and Abbotts Barton to the south.
In order to provide everyone interested in the proposed development an opportunity to view the new master plan they are holding two days of public exhibitions.

This proposed major development will have a dramatic and lasting impact on Winchester and all the communities to the north of the city, particularly Headbourne Worthy.
It is now proposed to reroute Andover Road into and through the new development.
The existing Andover Road will be down graded to limit its use to just an access to the existing properties and to create a pedestrian and green cycle corridor into the City.

They are expected to submit an outline planning application for the scheme by the end of 2009.
