Eric Norgbey, the owner of Springvale Pharmacy which has been serving not only Kings Worthy but also much of the surrounding area since 2007, has been put up for the Rural Hero of 2009 in the annual Countryside Alliance Awards. This is a prestigious national award and it would really be a feather in Eric's cap if he were to win.
