- Eversley Park – Football Pitches – the clerk circulated the closed season renovation work recommended by Scandor and the comments of the Grounds Supervisor.
Members agreed to recommend to the Finance Committee that the vertidrain, overseeding, fertilising and weedkilling should take place, but not the top dressing. They considered that the goal posts should be painted by our handyman. Action – the clerk
- Eversley Park – Fish and Chip Van – the clerk circulated a requested from the vendor of fish and chips to have his van sited on the car park at Eversley Park on a Monday evening and Saturday lunchtime. This results from the van having to relocate from outside of the Tesco Express due to the likely introduction of the new waiting restrictions.
Members agreed in principle to the request, but asked the clerk to share the details with the WSSC. Action – the clerk
- Tesco Express – Garages – the clerk shared with members an update from WCC. They had written to the owner reminding him of his responsibilities with regard to safety. The brickwork is not a danger of immediate collapse, so they cannot take immediate action.
