P/09/119 Apologies for Absence
Apologies for absence had been received from Cllr Sign.
P/09/120 Public Question Time
John O’Donovan and colleagues from Turley Associates gave a presentation to members on the proposed development at 11 Court Road. They answered questions on the design, highway implications and parking, together with environmental issues on water harvesting etc.
P/09/121 Minutes of the Meeting held on the 30 September 2009
The minutes were agreed as a true record of the meeting and signed by Cllr Gordon.
P/09/112 Matters Arising from the Meeting of the 30 September 2009
- P/09/112 37 Willis Waye – Members noted that a site meeting of the WCC PDC [Viewing] Sub-Committee was scheduled for the 2 November 2009. Cllr Jacobs is to attend.
Cllr Warrener welcomed the liaison from Headbourne Worthy PC in objecting to this application.
- P/09/116 122-128 Lovedon Lane – Cllr Warrener asked the clerk to clarify the contribution to highway improvements from this application, particularly the junction of Lovedon Lane and the A33 Basingstoke Road. Action – the clerk

Parish Councillors wish to object to this proposal as they still have concerns with regard to the trees on which the proposal may have a detrimental affect.
Section 7 of the Planning Application Form states that no trees need to be removed or pruned. This is contradicted by para’ 3.1 on page 6 of the Tree Report which indicates that 10 no. trees will be pruned.
