Woodhams Farm
Erection of detached dwelling

  Comment Only

Parish Councillors considered that assurances should be sought to ensure that the house will always be retained for the equestrian manager and a covenant be applied so that the house cannot be sold separately from the equestrian centre.

Additionally any new build should incorporate water harvesting and permeable hard-standing within the specification

Garage - variation of use

Object

Parish Councillors still have concerns regarding the open ended nature of the granting of temporary use of the garage as accommodation.

They have reviewed the documents submitted with the application, but remain of the view that there is no case for essential new development in the countryside.
