P/08/30 Minutes of the Meeting held on the 26 March 2008.
The minutes were agreed as a true record of the meeting and were signed by Cllr James.
P/08/31 Matters Arising from the Meeting of the 26 March 2008
- P/08/22 14 Springvale Road – WCC have indicated that the repositioning of the bus shelter will be undertaken shortly.
- P/08/22 Abbots Worthy House/Hinton House – Cllr Cox reported that she was unaware of any further developments with Abbots Worthy House. She understands that Hinton House is under offer.
- P/08/22 Hillrise Lovedon Lane – the clerk was asked to establish the latest position with the Planning Enforcement team. Action – the clerk
- P/08/22 Proposed Changes to Planning Applications – Cllr Pidduck had established that there was adequate space for comment under the new system.
- P/08/23 Clelands Churchill Close – Cllr Warrener reported that he had attended a site meeting with the Tenants Association

- there is a lack of Open Space provision and adequate greening, and the proportion of the site that is hard standing too high
- 1.5 car park spaces per dwelling has been recognised as inadequate

- 07/01776/OUT Land at Tudor Way – a letter had been received from WCC indicating that the Public Inquiry into the appeal will be held on the 20 May 2008 for 2 days. Cllrs Warrener and Pidduck hope to attend for part of the proceedings. The clerk was asked to clarify the scope of the Inquiry.

- 08/00047/REF Denim Old Rectory Gardens – a letter had been received from WCC indicating that an appeal had been lodged on the refusal to fell 1 no. Beech tree.
- Proposed development Springvale Road/Willis Waye – several letters had been received from parishioners regarding this development. The clerk had indicated that members were unable to comment until they had received a formal planning application.
- Church Green – a request had been received to use the area as part of a wedding celebration. Members agreed that this should be discussed at PC.

The next meeting was arranged for 7.30 pm on the 28 May 2008. Cllr James indicated that she may not be able to attend the meeting and will advise the clerk nearer the meeting date.
