Members have concerns regarding;

  • The stability of the site which is believed to be unsuitable as it is liable to subsidence and flooding.

  • The development is out of keeping with other properties and unsuitable for the locality.

    Members wished to have the application considered by Committee as residents in the area have grave concerns regarding the proposals.
