Apologies for absence were received from Cllrs James, Pidduck and Warrener.
Matters arising from the meeting held on the 28 March 2007
P/07/23 Elan Signs – Cllr Sign reported that Nick Culhane WCC is chasing the removal of the remaining signs.
P/07/23 Gambit and Clelands Churchill Close – the clerk confirmed that these applications had been permitted.
P/07/23 Tree Warden – Cllr Sign hoped that the new Grounds Supervisor would undertake this role.
Public Question Time
Members were informed that a formal planning application had now been submitted for a proposed development of 12 dwellings at 1-5 Campion Way.

- Licensing Application Matterley Bowl – WCC are seeking representations on this application by the 30 April 2007. Cllr Howell expressed his concerns that the application had already been passed. The clerk was asked to investigate.

Chairman’s Notices
- 54 The Pastures – Cllr Sign had received a complaint from a resident in Springvale Road which backs onto this property, that the development was very close to their boundary. The clerk was asked to refer the matter to the WCC Enforcement Officer.
