Colin Arnett
The Clerk to the Parish Council is currently Colin Arnett. The Clerk is responsible for the day to day management of the Parish Council, the servicing of its meetings and the preparation of accounts to be submitted to the district auditor.
He has been in post for nine years. He is also responsible for ensuring that the Parish Council adheres to the ever-increasing regulations and guidelines from government.
Colin enjoys the variety of running the busy office and liaising with other agencies to maintain and improve the facilities and environment within the parish.
Adrian Reeves
The Deputy Clerk to the Parish Council is Adrian Reeves. The Deputy Clerk is responsible for assisting the Clerk in the day to day management of the Parish Council and the servicing of its meetings.
Adrian took up post at the beginning of November 2011 having worked in senior finance roles in the NHS and with local registered social landlords, as well as a spell as an information analyst with the Centre for Workforce Intelligence.
Outside work he is Chairman of the Winchester Table Tennis League and plays for a team based at Prince’s Mead School. Other interests include cycling and being a member of Winchester’s Health and Fun Club.
