To view application details/decision notices and/or make comments to Winchester City Council on those applications still under consideration simply click on the planning reference number and click on associated documents.
Winchester City Council encourages on-line submission of comments. It is important that you do not submit your comments by more than one method. If you do not wish to use the online ‘Make Comment’ button on their website you can post or email your comments clearly quoting the application reference number and site address fully.
Application documents are made available on the Council’s website for information purposes. Whilst every effort is made to provide an up to date service, the ability to view documents on-line is not part of the statutory process for consultation or notification of planning applications and the consideration of applications is not dependent upon access to information being available via the internet.
Paper copies of documents submitted with an application are viewable in the Customer Service Centre by arrangement, giving three clear working days notice. Please telephone Customer Services on 01962 840222 or email planprint@winchester.gov.uk quoting the application reference number. The Customer Service Centre is at City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester, SO23 9LJ and is open Monday -Thursday 08:30-17:00, Friday 08:30-16:30.
Alternatively an application maybe made available for viewing by your respective Parish Council; contact the Parish Clerks at Headbourne Worthy and /or Kings Worthy for information.
If you have any queries relating to a planning application, please contact the Planning Administration Team on 01962 848 177 or e-mail planning@winchester.gov.uk
