The Worthys TA is open to all Winchester City Council tenants and leaseholders, in Kings Worthy, Headbourne Worthy & Martyr Worthy, which covers approximately 400 properties.

 

The Association was formed in 1996 to encourage tenant participation and involvement with our landlord, Winchester City Council, on its housing  services, policies and general estate issues.

 

Meets at:

the Common Room,

Harwood Place,

Off Pound Road,

Kings Worthy. SO23 7PS

six times a year from February on the 3rd Thursday every other month at 7.15pm.

 

New in 2010, the Tenants Association are to trial holding ‘open surgeries’ for six months starting on Saturday 30 January from 10am to 12noon.

 

Future ‘surgeries’ will be held on the last Saturday of each month at Harwood Place Common Room.

 

Tenants & leaseholders will be able to go along to discuss any of their concerns at any of the ‘open surgeries’.
